The hotel was stunningly beautiful and overall clean. Had magnificent views. The location was favorable to the oceanfront. The room was impeccably clean and huge, with smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast had plenty of great options and was wonderful.

Came here for vacation, had relaxing 2 days overall. Luxurious and decent sized rooms with the view of ocean that we truly enjoyed. The hotel staff was super-FRIENDLY and immensely pleasant. In general the service was friendly. Location: the venue was just next door to the nearby restaurants and stores, the center of numerous activities, and water park. Dessert restaurant Daddio's Ice Cream located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

The room I got was super spacious and tidy, with a nice tub and a comfy full-sized bed – really appreciated that! The folks working here were all so amazingly friendly 😊, it made the whole stay here feel really welcoming.

The total stay was awesome on vacation. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was excellent. The position of the hotel was marvelous, close to the ocean. Spent our evenings in nearby Thorny's enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The service was great, the staff was excellent. The room was well-stocked with a sofa couch and a full-size bed. The check-in was easy, and they offered a late check-out. The pool was clean. The location is just off the pier, near Family Kingdom Amusement Park, restaurants, and Bistro. It's also a super close walk to Fanta Sea Wheels. Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just steps away from the beach with beautiful ocean views. The North tower, known for its luxury, provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. Additionally, there were several restaurants conveniently located nearby, allowing for easy access to a variety of dining options.

The elevators in the main lobby were nonfunctional, causing inconvenience and delays for guests.

I had an amazing time at Westgate! The view of the ocean from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The sound of the waves crashing was so soothing. The location of the resort was super convenient, with nearby stores and shops within walking distance. The staff, especially the polite and professional male staff and the friendly bartender by the pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great beach vacation.
